Tip #1 - Willpower is a finite resource. Throughout your day it is being drained by all kinds of things.
Tip #2 - Eating, sleeping, and other practices increases your willpower and makes it last longer.
Tip #3 - 5 Things you can do to increase willpower:
1) Make decisions more quickly (often it doesn't matter or you will never get enough information, so just pick)
2) Set up hard and fast rules for yourself. These should be rules that cannot be broken.
3) Change your environment so that is supports you. Dump friends. Get stuff out of your house.
4) Prep for the hard situations ahead of time.
5) Build and believe in your identity. Willpower isn't necessary if you already have an identity that has resolve.
