If you think that other people are stupid because an outcome happened or an outcome keeps happening, then you might be the stupid one for not understanding or being able to predict it.

When you see a phenomenon happening that you don't understand and you think is dumb: then you need to pause and figure it out.  That's on you.

How To Spot A Liar

Tip #1 - The body might show stress when being deceptive.  Could be rubbing of the arm or leg, touching neck, chewing lip, cross their arms.  Common is "blocking" which is covering the mouth or covering the face.  They also could take out their phone or they position something between you.
Tip #2 - A micro expression where a smile appears in a story that normally should not have a smile.  This is called "duping delight".  People get joy form getting away with a lie and they have an involuntary response that needs conscious controlling to suppress.
Tip #3 - A redirect occurs.  They don't answer the question, but deflect it with outrage or confusion.  "How could you think that?"  or "What are you talking about?"

Tip #1 - Be okay with laughing at yourself.  This is actually a sign of confidence and comfort.  But only when people know you aren't actually insecure about yourself.
Tip #2 - Don't think you "have to" do something that improves you.  Believe that you "get to" do something that improves.  Practice gratitude towards your power to self improve.
Tip #3 - Be relentlessly positive towards yourself and for others.

Tip #1 - Disassociate yourself from rejection.  It's not you, it's a skill set you are missing that can be acquired.
Tip #2 - Broaden your perspective.  You should have lots of goals.  Any single one should never matter that much.
Tip #3 - Embrace that success is partially random.  Nobody can get 100% of what they want 100% of the time.  You have to increase your reps to increase your successes.  Understanding you must roll the dice more if you want a competitive advantage over other people.
Tip #4 - Stop thinking in terms of "being rejected."  How your perceive yourself is powerful.

Tip #1 - People often aim for harmony when they should be setting boundaries.
Tip #2 - Don't avoid disagreements and only focus on commonalities.
Tip #3 - "Fake it until you make it" only works for body language and non-verbal communication.  Do not lie about yourself.  Do not imply you have more power and authority than you actually have.  Be honest.

The person who reacts less is perceived to have more power.
Being comfortable with silence demonstrates confidence.
First person to flinch or break eye contact communicates less power.  This communicates having a unknown power that needs to be respected.

Making statements with an upward inflection at the end communicates it as a question because you are unsure.  Speaking firmly with your statements will cause people to not question them.

Making people wait to speak demonstrates power.  Communicating things will happen on my time because I have the power.

Getting the last word.  This communicates the negotiation or interaction as ended on your terms.
