Tip #1 - Do not shrug, say "you know", twitch, don't nod, don't flinch. You are over compensating. These are micro-expressions demonstrating a lack of confidence.
Tip #2 - State facts about how great you are as if you were saying "2 + 2 = 4"
Tip #3 - Focus on the things you have control over.
Tip #4- Visualize your obstacles and how you will overcome them to succeed every time. Our nervous system does a bad job of telling the difference between reality and visualizations. This is why people get scared in movies or of things that have never happened.
