Tip #1 - "Yes, anding" is where you agree with someone's statement and build on it.
Tip #2 - You can "yes, and" and then completely go in the opposite direction. Agree and expand.
Tip #3 - Whatever someone says, you can take it and go bigger (thus building rapport). This is fun for someone because it started in their brain and you have taken it to an absurd point.
