When you go to the office, you don't have a work day. You have work moments, sandwiched between constant interruptions.
Sleep also doesn't work when you are constantly being interrupted.
The big distractions is the MnMs. Meetings and managers.
A 1 hour meeting is only 1 hour if only 1 person is there. If 10 people are in a 1 hour meeting then that is a 10 hour meeting.
